Provide Community Integration for Individual with Disabilities. Inspire Hope, provide skilled nursing care, and contribute to health and well-being to clients who are unable to manage independent living in their own home.

We have successfully completed various projects to improve the lives of individuals with intellectual development delay. From creating inclusive living spaces to providing specialized care, our worker have made a significant impact.
Our adults with disabilities have distinct needs, preferences, and abilities that vary daily and over time. These men and women also need a special family environment that develops with them and fosters their success.
Autonomy and freedom are bestowed upon residents of Oaktree Home according to their needs and capacities. Sufficient support services also nourish each person and foster progress, offering chances for the best possible quality of life.
